	We have over 15 years international executive recruitment experience, producing letters, resumes, CVs and resumes for clients from junior to executive level, across all career categories and all job sectors worldwide. As former recruiters, we have also seen many thousands of cvs and resumes, and have first hand experience of a good CV resume and poor CV resume. We understand what distinguishes a job winning CV resume to one destined for the waste basket! We strive for excellent service levels and take pride in maintaining these high standards. Customer satisfaction is key to EdgeCV's aims and objectives. We maintain contact throughout the services we provide.
Q.	Why do you take payment in advance?
	We provide a professional service and it would be unethical and commercially unviable to provide someone with a free CV Resume. We do however guarantee that your career opportunities will be greatly improved.
Q.	How long does the service take?
	This depends on your experience but work commences on your CV immediately on receipt of payment we aim for CVs, Resumes, Letters, Application Forms and Interview services to be completed within 72 hours.
Q.	What length should my CV be?
	This differs with each person - depending on how much education and experience they have. For example a Doctor with thirty-years experience could not convey his full career history in the same space necessary for a recent medical graduate's CV. A CV can be one page, the standard is two - but for complex or lengthy careers it may well be longer.
Q.	Do you offer face to face consultation?
	Yes, at a time and place convenient for yourself in the UK. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and a separate quotation to cover time and travel expenses
Q.	Will my details be passed on to other companies that may send me unsolicited mail?
	Absolutely not. All the information that you pass to our consultants is treated with the highest confidentiality. We understand on a simple scale that many people who have their CV Resume professionally written are job hunting whilst already under employment and we are aware of this and will make no contact with their current employer or any other organisation.
